Since its inception, Stacy has been a key strategic contributor to Cornerstone Servicing, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB. Recruited in 2021 to help build an in-house mortgage servicing division for Cornerstone Home Lending, now a fellow division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, Stacy cultivated an elite, multi-faceted team and led in building the company’s performing operations from end to end. Upon launching the in-house servicing platform and transferring a portfolio of ~50,000 loans from a prior subservicer, the team achieved immediate improvements for CHL’s customers, stakeholders and brand. As Cornerstone’s in-house servicing division transitioned to a subservicing business, Stacy’s leadership was critical in scaling up to support third-party lenders and investors.
Stacy remains a driving force behind Cornerstone’s best-in-class homeowner experience, which is differentiated by superior customer care, intuitive technologies, customer-centric processes, and digestible communications.

Stacy oversees all aspects of Cornerstone Servicing’s performing operations, including loan boarding, escrow management, special loans, customer care, cash and investor reporting, communications, and business controls.
