Since joining Cornerstone Servicing in 2021, Stacy has played a pivotal role in building our best-in-class mortgage servicing operations from ground up. After the successful launch of Cornerstone’s in-house servicing operations in 2022, she was instrumental in launching our third-party subservicing business in 2022 and scaling up to support a full range of products at scale. Stacy is a key driver of the differentiated experience Cornerstone Servicing creates for homeowners, which combines superior service, intuitive technologies, customer-centric processes, and actionable communications.

Stacy oversees all aspects of Cornerstone Servicing’s performing operations, including loan boarding, escrow administration, special loans, customer care, cash and investor reporting, customer communications, and business controls.
