Senior Vice President Jesse Roth has taken on an expanded crucial role in managing client relationships. Now Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Management, he is reinforcing the company’s dedication to helping lenders and investors maximize retention and improve the overall performance of their servicing portfolio. Roth joined Cornerstone Servicing in May 2023 to lead Business Development for the company’s newly launched subservicing business, which was built to deliver a superior life-of-the-loan experience through a customer-centric approach and industry-leading technologies. The company has seen tremendous growth since launching last year. Today, its $24 billion (UPB) portfolio is comprised of first and second-lien mortgages, home equity products including HELOC and HEi, construction loans, business purpose loans, and other loan types. In his expanded role, Roth is supporting the company’s subservicing clients throughout the onboarding process and strengthening client relations on an ongoing basis. Roth brings 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having held notable positions at Auction.com, Citibank, Fannie Mae, and GMAC. His expertise in loan servicing, capital markets, and portfolio management will continue to significantly bolster Cornerstone Servicing’s growth trajectory.
Candence Peters has joined Cornerstone Servicing as Vice President of Transaction Management. In this role, Peters operates as a subject matter expert, managing and onboarding various client relationships that transfer to Cornerstone, both for current and prospective clients. Peters will oversee the Transaction Management team, which plays a crucial role in handling significant financial transactions for the company. She will act as an intermediary between Cornerstone and senior external party contacts, while also working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless integration and client satisfaction. Peters brings 19 years of experience in mortgage servicing, having previously served as VP at Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, where she managed complex client onboarding and transactional processes.
